Blocking is the means by which a TinWiki Editor prevents a user account or IP address/range from editing TinWiki. Blocks used to prevent damage to TinWiki by dealing with vandalism TinWiki policies.
Vandalism
Vandalism is any addition, deletion, or change to content made in a deliberate attempt to reduce the quality of TinWiki.
Editors may block IP addresses whose users vandalize TinWiki.
Casual vandalism will be met with a 24 hour block as a warning. Continued Vandalism from the same IP will result in a permanent block.
Vandalism that includes vulgarity or obscenity will be met with a 1 month block. Continued Vandalism from the same IP will result in a permanent block.
Personal attacks
Personal attacks will not be tolerated on TinWiki. Users who post offensive, abusive, disruptive and/or hateful content on talk pages or tinWiki articles will be met with a 24 hour block. Continued violations may result in a permanent block.
Spamming
TinWiki has zero tolerance for content added to TinWiki pages for the purpose of advertising. Violators will be permanently blocked.
