Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt (born 1930) is an author and former employee in the Reagan administration. She deals with, among other things, conspiracy topics. Charlotte was a senior policy adviser for the education, research and improvement office for a number of years. She first became a whistle blower when she was working within in Reagan administration, she was not happy with an idea that was getting ready top go into circulation so she made it public. She blew the whistle on a major technology initiative which would control curriculum in America's classrooms. For 22 years (1978 - 200) she was the co-founder of GEM, the Guardians of Education for Maine. She was very active and wanted to help people, this passion lead her to numerous countries is some of there darkest times in modern history, she went to Japan, Belgium and also the Republic of South Africa. 'Soviets in the Classroom: America's Latest Education Fad' was her 1989 pamphlet that got her recognized for the talent she had, it detailed the U.S soviet Carnegie-Soviet Education Agreements which remain in effect to this day.
