Gang stalking

Gang stalking is harassment against a person, perpetrated by several individuals. Gang Stalking is when a person is systematically targeted and then controlled by a group of individuals through staling and harrsing their target. Gang stalking has always been around but it has hit new levels in the 2000's. It is now considered a serious problem on a world scale. It called Gang Stalking, because the target is followed around and placed under surveillance by groups of organized Civilian Spies/Snitches 24/7. the people who stalk people are trained and good at it, these guys and gals are not amateurs, sometimes it takes the targets years to figure out that there are being stalked. In Russia it was used by the state to declare activist, dissidents or anyone they thought to be an enemy of the state as mentally unfit and many were institutionalized using this form of systemic control. gang Stalking has been classed in with many other programs that other countries used, such as COINTELPRO, McCarthyism and Red SQUAD programs. All of the aforementioned were set up to monitor groups. The target of gang stalking can be anyone, but most times it will be for political views; such as the Russian cases.
