Greystone Limited is the offspring of its parent company, Blackwater Worldwide. In conspiracy theory circles, Blackwater is seen as controversial in that it may well be a way for politicians to bypass the United States Constitution through the usual system of checks and balance.

Greystone Limited was registered on May 13, 2004 through the U.S. Government's Central Contracting Office offshore in the Carribean island-nation of Barbados. It is registered as a "tax-exempt" "corporate entity." Greystone can now be seen on Wikipedia under Blackwater in acknowledgement of the business being recognized officially.
