Hillary Rodham Clinton is a junior United States Senator from New York. She was born in 1947 on October the 26th, she is also a Democratic nomination in the 2008 presidential election. her husband, Bill Clinton, was the 42nd president of the United States from 1993 - 2001. She embarked on a career in law after graduating from Yale Law School in 1973. Following a stint as a Congressional legal counsel, she moved to Arkansas in 1974, and married Bill Clinton in 1975. She was later named the first female partner at Rose Law Firm in 1979, and was twice listed as one of the one hundred most influential lawyers in America.

Mrs Clinton moved to New York and in 2000 she was elected senator for New York State. This was the first time an American first lady had ran for a public office, and the first women to represent New York as a senator. She orignally supported the Geroge W. Bush administration on it conduct in the Iraq war, but she has opposed it on other levels. In 2006 she was re-elected by a very wide margin.In the 2008 presidential nomination race, Clinton has succeeded in winning more primaries and delegates than any woman in U.S. history.
