James Mitchell

James Mitchell is psychologist and has worked as contractor for the CIA under the supervision of R. Scott Shumate since 9/11. Mitchell was previously affiliated with the military's SERE program. This program is located at its main school at Fort Bragg. The goal of this program is to train the resistance of elite special operations forces by brutal mock interrogations. These interrogations include sensory deprivation and simulated drowning.
