Porter Goss

Porter Goss is the chairmen of the Senate and House Intelligence committees. Mr. Goss has many credentials, among them are a very well known and loved politician, he last Director of Central Intelligence and the first Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. During the cold war he was a CIA officer, he then went on to serve as a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives. It is a known fact that Porter was a cosponsor of the infamous Patriot Act, he also sat the the board of the Joint 9/11 Intelligence Inquiry; since he has stood at both of these bills and boards it has earned him a name in some conspiracy boards as a freemason and much more.

A man named George Tenet resigned from being the director of the CIA on the 3rd of June 2004. The president of the United States George W Bush appointed Porter Goss to be the new director on August 10th. The appointment was challenged by some prominent Democrats, including former Vice President Al Gore, Sen. Robert Byrd. Sen. John D. Rockefeller IV, vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee. They all said that they thought Goss was too 'Politically partisan'.
