Project for a New American Citizen

Project for a New American Citizen is an activist organization dedicated to empowering citizens and to protect Constitutional rights. The project was started by students Matt Dayton and Jon Roberts in the Spring of 2006, and takes its name by making a word play on "Project for the New American Century".

Originally the project was motivated by concerns about the official story of September 11 2001. The project was begun after the founding members had watched the film Loose Change 2nd Edition on the Internet. Later the focus has become broadened to include more topics as well.

Project for a New American Citizen events have featured speakers like activist Alex Jones.[1]
