Deleted the original introduction

The following was the original introduction

Government is mastery, often over a society's population (the word "govern" literally means to control like a puppet master).

I deleted that now to let the new contribution added today by user Tenebrous stand as a new and improved article introduction.

There may be some difference in the perspective of the previous introduction (which by the way was written by me) and the new text that was contributed today, but that is something that can be discussed a little bit here later and then the perspective I took on the topic of the article can later be introduced in some way in the article again, if it makes sense there.
