Fix banner added -- there's no introduction in this article

I have added the Fix banner to this article. All articles in tinWiki should begin with a sentence immediately stating what the topic of the article is.

This article should begin with a sentence like "John Major (born 1900) is a British politician." Something like that. Right now the article just 'dives' into some fact listings, and doesn't quite read like an encyclopedic article yet. Optimist 22:34, 11 June 2008 (CDT)
