Hi

Hi 170.11.30.141,

I just want to mention there is an article called Reptiloid, which I think is basically the same thing as in your new page Reptoid, just written slightly differently (?).

On a side note I am interested in what the policy is here on copying material from Wikipedia, I haven't seen the topic mentioned before as I can remember. (I am thinking about it because I know the Help page says links to other wikis and forums, other than ATS, that is, are not supposed to be used.) Optimist 21:19, 26 May 2007 (CDT)

Hi, again

I noticed it seems you have edited pages you created to not have Wikipedia material in them, please know that I am not 100% sure the policy is to not paste Wikipedia material. What I say is that I am interested to know, because the topic hasn't come up that I personally have noticed, as I can remember.

Anyway, I wanted to let you know the automatic redirect code which you can write in pages to make the page automatically take visitors to a new page: #redirect [[Page]]

If you write that in a page, replacing "Page" with the name of the target page, the page will automatically redirect. Pretty nifty and also very practical. Lastly, I have Editor user status, which means I have a few extra editing possibilities; if Idrid Cold was a misspelled title as opposed to the second Indrid Cold and you want the first page deleted, please let me know and I will delete it.

Also, as I assume you are a new tinWiki user, as I should have done firstly in my first comment on your discussion page I want to say: Welcome! Optimist 01:30, 27 May 2007 (CDT)

Hi again. I noticed you tried out the redirect code thing; just want to mention about the redirect code that it needs to be alone on the page. I forgot mentioning that last. Anyway, I was glad to see you continuing working on articles. Please notice that I am not at all sure the tinWiki policy is against adding material from Wikipedia. I noticed you deleted such material after I mentioned it. On a side note, I have asked the administrators about this topic now so I hope to learn now what the policy actually is on this topic.
