Hello. I noticed your edit in the ATS article. Since this is supposed to be a neutral and factual encyclopedia, statements should not be made as factual if they can't be verified and checked. That means it's not the right way to put it in an article about ATS to state as a matter of fact that the site is run by the CIA. What you should say, is that 'some allege that the CIA is involved in running ATS', or 'some suspect...', and so on.
