What to do about pages that need fixing?

I think the best way to make us aware of these articles is to either let us know via our talk page, or to make your comments on the articles discussion page. It may be better to alert on the discussion pages though, as this will allow more readers to give their opinions if they want. Thanks. William One Sac 18:51, 25 August 2008 (CDT)

I added your suggestion for the current events page

I have now listed the CERN article in the current events page, as you suggested.

My thoughts about the current events page, is that anyone should update it who has ideas for stuff to put there (also to remove stuff that's no longer current...). So I encourage you to feel free to list articles there that you know of that relate to some current event or is otherwise currently relevant. The wiki code may look confusing, but I put in some big 'ascii art' letters that are about right over where the current two-month period list is. So look for that and take a minute to make sense of things there (sorry that I haven't made it simpler there just yet, I frankly even get confused myself when trying to find stuff in there..) and you should be quite fine. :-) Also feel free to update the other list, which is for 'this general time period', which means a somewhat broader sense of 'current', or something thereabout. Sorry, I didn't remember (or notice) that the current events page wasn't open as it should be. It seems it was probably locked after a number of spam edits were made to that page. I know I suggested to you to list articles there, which of course wasn't too well thought through considering the page wasn't open...
